What is the size of the gloves?
Nelumo gloves have one universal size. They measure 32.5 cm in length and 11.5 cm in width.
Where are Nelumo gloves manufactured
Nelumo®️ gloves are designed in Latvia and manufactured in China. The manufacturing process is supervised by the international testing and certification organization Bureau Veritas: https://group.bureauveritas.com.
Nelumo®️ gloves have received FDA certification and CE marking.
Can you put Nelumo gloves in boiling water?
Nelumo gloves can be safely sterilized in boiling water up to 121°C.
WARNING! Please observe all necessary safety measure when working with hot liquids/objects. Only handle hot items for a short period of time and never submerge your hands in water hotter than 60°C.
Are these gloves meant only for cleaning dishes?
Nelumo gloves are multifunctional. With them you can clean anything from dishes, tables, sinks to car and sofas. The soft bristle brush even makes for a great comb for your favorite pet. For different functions we recommend using different color gloves.
Will the bristle brush wear out?
Nelumo gloves are made from a 2mm thick, sturdy, food-grade silicone. They are designed to last at least two years under heavy use.
What is BPA?
BPA or “Bisphenol A” is a synthetic chemical compound used primarily in the manufacture of plastic goods. It gives plastic it's shine, elasticity and strength. You can find BPA in most cooking utensils, food storage containers, water bottles and many other products.
Why is BPA bad for our health?
The structure of Bisphenol-A is very similar to estrogen. When it enters our body through our skin, or after we eat food that's been stored in a container, or package made using BPA, it can negatively impact our endocrine system, which in part leaves a wide negative effect on our whole body.
What does BPA negatively affect?
- Reproductive system and the ability to have healthy children.
- Brain development of newborns (inability to concentrate, hyperactivity, panic attacks).
- Thyroid gland.
- Immune system.
What disease can BPA cause/accelerate?
- Type 2 diabetes.
- Asthma, heart disease.
- Premature puberty, disruption of the endocrine system.
- Disruption of reproductive hormones (disruption of the menstrual cycle).
What is food-grade silicone?
Food-grade silicone is a type of silicone whos properties allows it to be used for manufacture of products/tools that come in contact with food and edible liquids. It is clean, non-toxic and doesn't leave harmful residue on objects it comes in contact with.
Can the gloves be returned?
If for any reason you weren't satisfied with your order, you can return unused gloves in their original packaging 14 days after making the purchase and receive a full refund.
How to return the gloves:
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know that you would like to return the product.
- Send the unused product in it's original packaging to "Plakanciems" Omniva parcel machine. Once we have received the product we will issue a full refund.
